And now?  You want to experience the foundations of the Yoga poses. The positive effects of practicing only happen if you come to class on a regular basis. In this 4 weeks COURSE - beginning EVERY 1st Saturday of the month - you will learn the fundamentals or can build upon what you have experienced so far. You will get an idea what it feels like" to synchronise breath and movement to get into the flow."
