REFRESH or RESTART Almost everyone has done some yoga before. Maybe only some classes years ago or due to the pandemic you might have happend to do online classes. And now? You want to experience the foundations of the Yoga poses. The positive effects of practicing only happen if you come to class on a regular basis. In this 4 weeks course you will learn the fundamentals. You can also build upon what you have experienced so far. You will get an idea what it feels like "to synchronise breath and movement" to get into the flow. Join us with the WELCOME Ticket for €18 or book the SMART START 4 weeks course for €95. Umbuchung & Kündigung

Einen Buchung kann bis zu 4 Stunden vor Beginn der Klasse umgebucht werden. Spätere Umbuchungen oder Stornierungen können leider nicht zurückerstattet werden. Bei weniger als 2 TeilnehmerInnen muss die Klasse leider 2h vor Beginn -gegen Rückerstattung oder Guthaben- abgesagt werden.
